This unique casita is a 2 bedroom home with ocean and outstanding organic orchardviews. The architecture shows minimalist style in a unique way, providing simple but sophisticated comfort in a tasteful fashion. The furnishing is custom designed for the house. The house is located 6 miles south of the 'pueblo magico' of Todos Santos, neighboring the Pescadero Huertas, in between Cerritos and San Pedrito surf breaks. The house sits 1.5 miles from the beach, in a peaceful and contemplative desert landscape. The area enjoys a very special microclimate. as it is usually 2 to 3 degrees cooler than Los Cabos and La Paz. The mountains nearby help contain the cool ocean breeze.

Take mile long walks on the vast empty beach, as you watch whales jump in and out of the sea (December to March). Surf in two of the most popular surf breaks in the peninsula or swim at Cerritos Beach. Catch your own fish from the beach or explore the wilderness of the Baja desert...

Visit art galleries, dine in town at one the first class restaurants or at one of the many delicious local taco stands. Gaze at the stars in the perfectly clear nights gently cooled by the ocean breeze. No TV, to be coherent with life around the oasis. Internet access is easily available in Cerritos Beach Club or at the Sandbar (both around a mile from house) An amazing vacation experience, in a definitely unique house in an exclusive part of Baja California (no multi story condos, hotels or other unsightly resort developments).

The Todos Santos-Pescadero area is an hour away from the La Paz airport and approximately an hour and half away from San Jose del Cabo airport.

"The casita was elegant in its simplicity. Very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed swaying on the hammocks, sipping my cafe con leche en la manana and reading in the afternoons. On most days, I walked to the beach, enjoying greeting the local farmers, dogs, jack-rabbits and burros. Later I ventured by car to Los Cerritos surfer's beach and enjoyed great food.

At night, I slept so soundly listening to the surf in the distance. When I got really adventurous, I drove to Todos Santos on Sunday to take in the outdoor market...but in truth, I could not wait to get back to my little casita."

US$580 per week or US$95 per night (2 nights minimum)

*New Year´s Holidays - December 20th to January 20th:

US$650 per week or US$110 per night (2 nights minimum)

Rates are based on stays of 1 or 2 people

US$15 additional charge per person per night

Reservation held with 15% of rent. Security deposit during stay
