Short Term

From January 11th to December 9th:

US$690 per week (1 week minimum)

*New Year´s Holidays From December 10th to January 10th:

US$820 per week (1 week minimum)

Long Term

Rates are based on stays of 1 or 2 people

US$20 additional charge per person per night

Reservation held with 15% of rent

Security deposit during stay

We provide linens for use inside house
